Congratulations to Be & Steve, married at St Peter’s & St Paul’s in Hedcorn, Kent

I’ve been looking forward to Be & Steve’s wedding for over a year since meeting them at Leeds Castle. Ooodles of pink loveliness coupled with a choccywoccydoodah creation promised great things at their reception venue and with a fabulous welcoming church holding their ceremony it was going to be a fantastic day and turned out to be exactly that!

Getting ready at home with their crazy dogs on their best behaviour, Be looked absolutely stunning from head to toe and her maid of honour, Beth and bridesmaid Taylor equally gorgeous – unfortunately Taylor could not be persuaded to leave mum Beth and come home with me but the memories of her will always be with me as I take photos and see the sticker she gave me plastered onto the top of my camera! Prising Steve away from his cool Audi sports car before the ceremony was a little tricky but I’m sure soon forgotten as his gorgeous bride arrived! After a lovely service with the great Revd Chris Lavendar, we took some time around the church taking their portraits before heading to the Weald of Kent for their wedding reception. A stunning avenue of Poplar trees and lovely bridge across one of the golf course lakes, provided me with more stunning backgrounds for their portraits before sitting down to their wedding breakfast.

Be, Steve and their guests were entertained by a fantastic magician Chris and great cabaret singer, Charlie before the cutting of the stunning choccywoccydoodah cake and speeches from Nick, Steve and John. My day with Be & Steve ended after their brilliantly choreographed first dance leaving them to continue the party with their close friends and family.

With Be and Steve being two of the most romantic people I have had the pleasure of meeting, it was my total pleasure to have been chosen to be a part of their special day knowing that their photographs would really showcase their love for each other (and in Steve’s case, the car!) and I can’t thank them enough for both choosing me to be a part of their big day and also for the lovely flowers they gave me, thank you! I have added a few of my favourite images from the day and can’t wait to show the rest of them to you later this month. Please leave your comments below and don’t forget their wedding gallery will be up for friends and family to see on the 24th October with the password on the cards by your place settings.
